Live animal transport causes suffering on a massive scale: more than a billion animals are transported every single week, many on long and unnecessary journeys.

Both the size of the welfare problem and the global spread of the long distance transportation of animals for slaughter led WSPA to start a global coalition campaign - Handle With Care - calling for an end to long distance live trade.

Taylor McKenzie (in collaboration with THINK) was asked to design a range of direct mail packs for WSPA that could be adapted for use across the globe. We created this striking central graphic - STOP - composed of stills from the shocking undercover footage of animal transportation.
